"Full Beard Brewing Co.’s 5 O’Clock
Shadow is a clean crisp pale ale with a hint of bitterness. Aimed to be
an ideal restaurant/pub beer with flavours that won’t get lost while
eating. The perfect blend of malts gives it a light golden hue and soft
hints of caramel while the hops provide floral notes."
Adaptation: Vic Secret
Dry-hopped Kolsch - 5%
From Sawdust City:
"Adaptation Vic Secret begins with a smooth Kölsch base to showcase
another of our favourite hop flavours – the Australian hop variety Vic
Secret. By hopping our lagered ale, we start with a blank canvas that
allows the Vic Secret aromas of pineapple, pine & passionfruit to
shine through and land centre-stage for a robust, hoppy brew, nicely
balanced by a lagered ale backbone."

Cream Ale - 4.5% 22 IBU
From Full Beard:
"Our cream ale is delicious blend of barley and corn.
When writing this description we didn’t want to make it too corny but
the Dad jokes kicked in and the following discussion took place:
Kirby - “We need to come up with something funny for our Cream Ale.”
Jon “How about, two guys walk into a bar, the third guy ducks. Or, we
could say, a ham sandwich walks into a bar and orders a beer. Bartender
says, ‘Sorry we don’t serve food here.’”
Andrew - “Or, a skeleton walks into a bar, he orders a beer, and a mop.”
Kirby - “Is that the best we’ve got? Wow. Just wow. Thanks for your help, I sure am lucky.”
Jon - “Hi Lucky, I’m Jon.”
And this is pretty much how all the meetings go around here."
Dark Ale - 5.5% 23 IBU
"Full bodied and inviting, this is our darkest offering. Black Rock
utilizes eight premium malts to create a flavourful blend of dried
fruits, chocolate, coffee, and caramel. Complex, delicious, and
surprisingly drinkable all year round."
Berliner Weisse / Sour Ale - 35% 6 IBU
From Sawdust City:
"We all make choices and often those choices define who we are. Should we
continue moving forward and stay with the status quo or should we turn
in a different direction and strike out on our own? Together with our
good friends at BarHop, we chose to move in a different direction. We
elected to steer clear of the mundane and turn towards the obscure. The
Coriolis Effect is an old world, traditional German-style Berliner
Weiss, brewed with new world techniques. Refreshingly tart, brilliantly
lively and perfect for a summer day, this unique beer style is exactly
what you’re searching for if you’re looking to move in your own
Lagered Ale - 5.2% 21 IBU
"Beau’s year-round flagship beer is Lug-Tread, a certified
organic lagered ale. A hybrid style, Lug-Tread is top-fermented (like an
ale) and then cold-aged (like a lager), giving it light ale notes
complemented by a lager-like crispness. Golden-hued and finely balanced,
this tasty golden ale has won more than 20 awards for brewing
excellence since 2006."
Sleeping Giant Brewing Co.
Kolsch - 4.9% 17 IBU
Brewed to be thirst quenching year round in the cold climate of Northwestern Ontario. Characterised by light biscuity and bready flavours brightened by light herbal and stone fruit notes. Light bodied with low bitterness and a crisp refreshing finish. Northern Logger is a Kolsch-style beer, which is light on the pallet and very easy drinking. Lightly hopped with Bravo hop to give a little extra bitterness to counteract the sweetness.

Collective Arts Brewing
Porter - 5.5%
From Collective Arts:
"This is a full-bodied porter with plenty of roast flavour as well as
hints of molasses and chocolate. Ridiculous amounts of Chocolate and
Pale Ale malts make this porter smooth and creamy but seriously
